Research (Project) Experiences
- Focused on the research of GPU-accelerated graph computing, and was committed to utilizing the powerful parallel computing capabilities of Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) to achieve a significant improvement in efficiency in the processing of large-scale graph data. During this process, I delved deeply into the design and development of relevant algorithms and explored how to optimize the performance of graph computing in various complex application scenarios. This included not only further improvements to traditional graph computing algorithms but also in-depth integration with cutting-edge technologies, aiming to address the computing challenges brought about by the big data environment, especially those posed by complex graph structures, so as to enhance computing efficiency and processing capabilities.
- Worked closely with the research team from the Medical Department to jointly conduct research on the correlation analysis between the calcium ion concentration in the cranial nerves of mice and their behavioral characteristics. By combining advanced computer data analysis methods and machine learning techniques, I helped the research team reveal the inherent connections between the fluctuations of cranial nerves and behavioral characteristics. This research not only contributed to a deeper understanding of the patterns of cranial nerve activities in mice but also provided new perspectives and methods for exploring broader neuroscience issues.
